Order
How does ordering at liefduurzaam.nl work?
Have you found an item you would like?
- Add to shopping cart
Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to cart" button. A confirmation will appear on your screen that the item has been added to your shopping cart. Here you can choose to view your shopping cart, proceed to checkout or return to the store to continue shopping.
- Buy now< br/>By clicking on the “Buy Now” button you will immediately enter the purchasing process.
- To finalize your order, go to Your shopping cart. You can find this in the top right corner of your screen. By clicking on the shopping bag icon you will be redirected to your shopping cart.
- In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your order and the estimated total amount .
You can change the number of items or delete an item here.
Shipping and discounts are calculated at checkout.
- By pressing the checkout button you will go directly to the checkout screen.
Here you can log in to your account or enter your details. (Contact, Delivery address, Shipping method, Payment method and possibly a billing address. Your final order overview is also shown here.
- Press the “Review order” button. You will now be redirected to the checkout screen. Check the summary of your order here and enter a discount code if necessary.
- Press the “Pay” button ". You are now going to pay.
Tip:
If you place the order with your own lieverduurzaam.nl account ordering will be faster. A number of details will then be filled in automatically.
But you can also place the order and pay without an account. We will then need your name and address details, telephone number and email.
I have not received confirmation of my order.
Once your order has been paid, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to your email address.
Have you not received this?
- It is possible that the email is being blocked by your spam filter. Then check your “junk email”, “spam”, or “advertising” folder. Here you will find the confirmation email.
If you have a Microsoft email address, for example @hotmail.com, @live.nl or @outlook.com, we advise you to use our email address info@lieverduurzaam.nl from the list of blocked senders. You will then receive the confirmation email again in your inbox.
- There may be a spelling error in your email address. In this case, send an email to: info@lieverduurzaam.nl and request the confirmation email. We will then send this to you, including the track and trace codes.
Can I order without an account?
You can also place an order and pay without an account. We then need your name and address details, telephone number and email.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible on: +31 (0)30 320 5009 or send an email to info@lieverduurzaam.nl
If the order has already been processed in the warehouse, your order, unfortunately, cannot be changed or canceled anymore.

How can I pay for my purchase?
On lieverduurzaam.nl you can choose different payment methods and always pay securely.
iDEAL
If you choose this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the payment environment of your own bank.
Bancontact
If you choose Bancontact, you pay directly from your own bank account at your own bank.
Paypal
If you choose Paypal, you will be sent to your own PayPal environment.
MasterCard
If you choose MasterCard, you will be directed to your own credit card environment.
Maestro
If you choose Maestro, you will be directed to your own credit card environment.
Visa
If you choose Visa, you will be directed to your own credit card environment.
Sofort< br/>If you choose Sofort, you will automatically be redirected to the payment environment of your own bank.
UnionPay
If you choose UnionPay, you will automatically be redirected to the payment environment of your own bank.
Can I pay afterwards with Billink or Klarna?
At lieverduurzaam.nl you cannot pay afterwards. Therefore, use one of the many other payment methods offered.
Can I exchange a VVV voucher, Irischeque or boekenbon with you?
You cannot exchange a VVV voucher, Irischeque or boekenbon at lievererduurzaam.nl.
Is paying at lieverduurzaam.nl safe?
Ordering and payment is done at lieverduurzaam.nl in a safe environment. All information runs via a connection secured by an SSL protocol. This makes your data safe. We do not store your payment details.
Shipment
How does the shipping work?
At Liever Duurzaam we prefer to ship sustainably. We try to send the items directly from the supplier to you as much as possible so that we create as few transport movements as possible. We have some items in our own warehouse and we ship them within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL.
After you have finalized your order and paid, we will get to work for you.
If your package has been given to the carrier, we will receive a track and trace code. You will receive this track and trace code by email and you can also find it in your account. This allows you to track your purchase.
You can sometimes adjust the desired delivery time and location in the app or on the carrier's site.
What happens to my package when I'm not at home?
If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a parcel point. You will receive an email from which you can then see in the app or on the carrier's website where you can pick up your package.
The package will be kept for a week. After a week, your package will be returned to Liever Duurzaam or to the supplier.
If you want to have the package resent, Liever Duurzaam will charge shipping costs. A new delivery appointment will then be made in consultation with you.

What are the delivery times?
- For items that Liever Duurzaam sends from the supplier, a delivery time of 1-3 weeks applies.
- Items that are sent from the warehouse of Liever Duurzaam have a delivery time of 1-5 days.
It may happen that your order consists of multiple items from different suppliers or multiple items that are shipped from different locations. In this case, your items may be delivered at different times. We will keep you informed about this.
I have not received a track and trace code.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with track and trace codes at your email address.

Can I collect my order at a parcel point?
Yes, you can have your package delivered to a parcel point.
Once your package has been given to the carrier, you will receive the track and trace code by email. You can adjust the desired delivery time and location in the app or on the carrier's website. This can also be a parcel point.
If your package is already on its way, you can sometimes still change the delivery location. You do this in the app or on the carrier's website.
The package will remain at the parcel point for 1 week. It will then be returned.
So make sure you pick up your package on time.
Can I pick up my order from you in Soest?
You cannot pick up your order in Soest.
Because we like to ship as efficiently as possible, many items come directly from the supplier. In this way we save unnecessary transport movements and thus contribute to a cleaner environment.

Returns
How can I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days.
Step 1: Register your return.
Register your return via info@lieverduurzaam.nl. Please include the order number from the confirmation email and the reason for the return.
The shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. We ask for your understanding for this. The costs of returning depend on the size and weight of the package. Here you will find the rates of PostNL en DHL.
< p>Step 2: Pack the items in a good, sturdy box.
The product must be undamaged 'when reasonably possible' and in an original packaging to be packed. You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your package.
Preferably send the items in the box in which you received them. Or else in a box that protects the items well. In any case, do not stick a shipping label and tape on the item itself. We would like to be able to sell the item again.

- Returns are at the risk and expense of the buyer. This means that you bear the shipping costs for the return yourself and Liever Duurzaam is not liable for damage or loss of the return shipment.
- The product must be undamaged 'when reasonably possible' and packaged in the original packaging.
If you do more with the products than assessing them (to see if you want to keep them) and this causes damage to the product , we may pass on the resulting reduction in value to you.
- If you wish to exchange the item, you can return the item and receive the desired order an item via the webshop.

What is the refund policy?

Warranty
Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
Yes. You have a warranty on all items you buy from lieverduurzaam.nl.
If you buy a product from Liever Duurzaam, we guarantee that the item is in good condition and will continue to work as expected under normal use. This is the legal guarantee. The legal warranty means that a product is or must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it.
If this is not the case, Liever Duurzaam will provide a suitable solution. We will then ensure that your item is repaired or replaced or that we refund the purchase price to you.
The delivered item is damaged, what now?
How annoying that your item was delivered damaged.
To assist you as best as possible, we ask you to send an email to
info@lieverduurzaam.nl with the following information:
- The order number (This is stated on the supplied packing slip and in your personal account on lieverduurzaam.nl.)
- Explanation of the damage and how it occurred.
- A photo and/or video of the damage.
- A photo or video of the damaged packaging.
After receiving your email we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution together.
How do I use the warranty?
If an item you purchased from Liever Duurzaam breaks within 1 year, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price.
To make use of the warranty, we ask you to do the following: to do:

That you are satisfied with Liever Duurzaam's service is the most important thing for us.
We would like it if you let us know that you think our service in the field of shipping, handling or service can be improved . And if you have a complaint about a product, we would also like to hear from you. Together we can ensure that Liever Duurzaam's articles and services are continuously improved.
